Meg Salvia Nutrition is a group practice in Harvard Square, providing nutrition counseling services and medical nutrition therapy. Owned by Meg Salvia, she is joined by Meghan Kacmarcik, RDN. Meg Salvia, MS, RDN, CDE
Meg is a licensed registered dietitian nutritionist in Cambridge, MA. She holds certifications in diabetes education (CDE) and eating disorders (CEDRD). She specializes in working with:
Currently, in addition to running her group practice, she works with Dr. Paula Quatromoni at Boston University, in the Nutritional Epidemiology lab within Sargent College. She previously worked as a clinical dietitian at Walden Behavioral Care, providing nutrition counseling at inpatient, Residential, PHP and IOP levels of care.
In the fall of 2019, she will begin a PhD program at Harvard University's T.H. Chan School of Public Health, studying nutrition, eating disorders, and diabetes. Meg holds a Master's degree in Nutrition from Boston University and completed her undergraduate studies in English at Boston College. Prior to pursuing her graduate degree, she worked in clinical diabetes research at the Joslin Diabetes Center and Boston Children's Hospital.
Appointments with Meg are generally available on Wednesdays and Fridays between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. (last appointment at 3:00 p.m.).
Meghan Kacmarcik, RDN
Meghan joined the team at Meg Salvia Nutrition in 2018. She specializes in working with clients with eating disorders and disordered eating patterns and has a strong background in adolescent nutrition. She focuses on compassionate, weight-neutral nutrition counseling. Meghan studied nutrition at the University of Rhode Island and completed her dietetic internship at the University of New Hampshire.
Appointments with Meghan Kacmarcik are generally available on Tuesdays (with evening availability) and Thursdays.
